'Touch Wood' Silver and Brass Lucky Horseshoe Necklace Charm

Handmade ‘touch wood’ Charm. Crafted from silver, brass and wood. Each piece is unique and one of a kind with wood being like a fingerprint, no two are the same. 

The saying touch wood comes from the belief that when touched the trees spirit will ward off evil or grant you a wish. Wood has been used as a lucky charm for many years and this is my adaption of the lucky charm.

The wood used has been treated with varnish and sealed. Untreated wood is a porous material and can change with age, this is something to keep in mind when caring for your charm. Keep it dry and store it safely. Brass is likely to tarnish quicker and can be shined up with the polish cloth provided in your order.
